Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Tagzy website. This page is informational and is not legal advice.

Using Tagzy

Tagzy is provided free of charge, with no account and no usage limit. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your content and output

You keep all rights to the text you enter. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive it and claim nothing over it. Output generated from your input is yours to use freely, including for commercial and client work.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tagzy to plan content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting. Automated scraping of the site at a rate that degrades service for others is not permitted.

No performance guarantees

Tagzy organises and transforms words. It does not and cannot guarantee rankings, reach, impressions, followers, engagement or sales. Any suggestion produced by a tool is a candidate for you to evaluate, not a prediction of results.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Tools, guides and features may change or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagzy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost profits or lost data. Because saved work lives only in your browser, keeping your own exported backups is your responsibility.

Third-party platforms

Tagzy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe the conventions a tool applies. Follow each platform's own terms when publishing.
