What the Hashtag Combiner does

The Hashtag Combiner builds compound tags by joining every word in list A to every word in list B, which is how most branded and seasonal tags are constructed.

How it works

Each pair is concatenated, stripped of punctuation and rendered in your chosen casing. Duplicates are collapsed and the total is capped.

  1. 1Paste the first list of words.
  2. 2Enter the second list, comma separated.
  3. 3Pick a casing style — PascalCase reads best for compounds.
  4. 4Generate the compound tags.
  5. 5Delete anything that reads awkwardly and export the rest.

Worked example

['summer','winter'] combined with ['sale','style'] yields #SummerSale, #SummerStyle, #WinterSale, #WinterStyle.

Who uses it

  • Creating seasonal campaign tags
  • Pairing a brand name with a product line
  • Building city plus service tags
  • Generating event plus year tags

Best practices

  • Use PascalCase so multi-word tags stay readable.
  • Keep lists short — output grows multiplicatively.
  • Check compound tags for accidental unintended words.
  • Verify your final choices on the platform itself.

Honest limitations

Mechanical joining can create awkward or unintentionally odd compounds, so always read the output before publishing.
