What the Keyword List Generator does

The Keyword List Generator produces a single tidy list — optionally numbered — that mixes short expansions with longer phrases, ready to paste into a brief or a client email.

How it works

It merges output from the expansion and long-tail engines, removes duplicates, trims to your requested count and optionally prefixes each line with an index number.

  1. 1Enter your topic.
  2. 2Choose how many keywords the list should contain.
  3. 3Toggle numbering on or off.
  4. 4Generate the list.
  5. 5Download as TXT for a brief or CSV for a sheet.

Worked example

'podcast growth' yields a fifteen-line list mixing 'podcast growth tips' with 'how to start podcast growth'.

Who uses it

  • Sending a client a starter keyword list
  • Attaching a keyword appendix to a content brief
  • Seeding a spreadsheet for manual research
  • Creating a checklist for a writer

Best practices

  • Turn numbering off when the output feeds another tool.
  • Keep lists under twenty items for readability.
  • Review the mix of short and long phrases.
  • Save the list into a collection so you can revisit it.

Honest limitations

The list is generated from patterns, not measured demand; treat it as a starting point for judgement rather than a ranked priority list.
