What the Keyword Group Builder does
The Keyword Group Builder lets you define your own grouping rules — a group name and a word to match — and files every keyword accordingly, with an explicit unmatched bucket.
How it works
Rules are parsed from a simple 'Name:word' syntax. Each keyword is tested against the rules in order and joins the first group whose match word appears anywhere inside it.
- 1Paste the keywords you want to file.
- 2Write rules as GroupName:matchword, separated by commas.
- 3Reuse a group name across several rules to widen it.
- 4Generate and inspect the unmatched bucket.
- 5Add rules until the unmatched group is small.
Worked example
Rules 'Budget:cheap, Budget:budget, Premium:luxury' put 'cheap flights' and 'budget hostels' in Budget, 'luxury hotels' in Premium.

Honest limitations
Matching is a plain substring test, so a rule word appearing inside another word will still match. Keep rule words distinctive.
